New Construction Home in Western Springs IL!

SPG Chicago Real Estate is excited to announce that our new construction single family home at 4241 Clausen Ave in Western Springs, IL is underway. The foundation walls have been poured, slab/walls insulated, underground plumbing & exterior drain tile installed, and we’re ready for slab pour & back-fill! Steel beam installation is next, with framing of first floor decking to begin in January 2022. The targeted completion of this project is late summer 2022.
