SPG via Arnold Wesley Development will be delivering another classic Chicago-style Bungalow in early 2014 with the launch of 3440 Prairie in Brookfield, IL. We plan on adding dormer’s to both sides, and expanding the livable space on the 2nd story. Here is a rendering of the future product.
New purchase update! Arnold Wesley Development recently closed on the purchase of 6531 W 27th, a large frame with classic front porch. We plan on keeping the original stained glass accents to capture the original charm, and we’ll salvage and refinish the original hardwood floors, but other than that, this home will be renovated from top to bottom and marketed by SPG compliments of Arnold Wesley.
Project status update! Were officially ready for drywall at on our Ridgeland project. This home is massive gold brick bungalow that will feature 4 beds above grade with a huge finished basement with additional bedrooms. We trimmed the front main level bedroom as a study/den and coffered the ceiling and added French doors to give the room versatility. We’ll be delivering this project next month! Project status update! Were about 2 weeks out from completing our Grove project. The trim carpenters are completing the finishing touches and then the painters will finish it off.
